No, there is no limit to the number of students any school could have on the platform.
How do parents make payment of fees for their wards?
Through the mobile app parents are notified of new bills. The parents/guardians can pay through the app or be reminded to make payments based on the conditions of the school.
Is there any other fee for using Tewaa?
No, there are no hidden fees using Tewaa. What you see on our pricing page is what you get to pay us.
How secure is the Tewaa platform?
Tewaa is a very secure platform. Tewaa encrypts customer data in transit and at rest. All customer data stored within the Tewaa platform is encrypted in transit over public networks using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2+ with Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS) to protect it from unauthorized disclosure or modification.
